We understand that being a victim of Bullying, Harassment or any other Conflict at Work is a very harrowing experience. Unfortunately, most victims are too self-conscious to do anything about it. It is very difficult to talk to anyone - especially in the workplace where the conflict is taking place. It is even more difficult if the Bully happens to be your manager!
But you may be an employer that believes there is conflict within your organisation and not really know what to do about it. Dealing with conflict is a specialist skill and may fall outside of the managerial skills you have in the organisation. Even in large organisations, the HR team may not be skilled in dealing with conflict.
In both these cases doing nothing is not an option. Doing nothing allows the situation to fester and grow out of all proportions.
Therefore at Bullying Business we take the view that outside discussion is probably the best way of taking the initial steps to resolution.
To facilitate this happening we offer a FREE initial confidential consultation to both Employers and Employees.
